2. Permitted Use
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial browsing of content available for purchase. You may not use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) or attempt to interfere with the website's security, availability, or operation.
3. Content Accuracy
The website is provided "as is" for general information purposes. We make no warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or availability of the website or its content.
4. Limitation of Liability
Subject to the statutory rights that apply in your jurisdiction (which cannot be excluded — see below), and except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
Australia — Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited (ACL §§ 51–64A). Where the ACL permits limitation, our liability is limited to re-supply of the service or payment of the cost of re-supply.
EU / EEA — Unfair Contract Terms Directive
For EU/EEA consumers, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under Directive 93/13/EEC or applicable national consumer protection law. Any term found to create a significant imbalance in your detriment is not binding on you.
Japan — Consumer Contract Act (消費者契約法)
Any clause purporting to fully exclude our liability for damages caused by our default is void under Art. 8 of the Consumer Contract Act. Clauses limiting liability for gross negligence (重過失) or wilful misconduct (故意) are void.
5. Third-Party Links
This website may link to third-party services (payment processors, social media). We assume no responsibility for third-party content or practices.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. We prefer disputes to be resolved in the Tokyo District Court However, if you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction where mandatory consumer protection laws give you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts, this clause does not override that right.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and, for material changes, notify registered users by email with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the website after the effective date of a change is not treated as consent under GDPR — GDPR-regulated consent is obtained separately at registration and checkout.
8. Statutory Consumer Rights
Your statutory rights vary by country. Key rights that apply to purchases (not mere browsing) are summarised below.
EU / EEA — 14-Day Withdrawal Right
Under Directive 2011/83/EU, EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right is waived when you expressly consent to supply beginning before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledge forfeiture of that right — which you will be asked to confirm at checkout.
Australia — Consumer Guarantees
Under the Australian Consumer Law, digital goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund, depending on severity).
California, USA — CCPA / CPRA
California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA: the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete it, the right to opt out of its sale (we do not sell personal information), and the right to non-discrimination. See our Privacy Policy for details.
