iOwnDigital合同会社（以下「iOwnDigital」、「当社」）は、iowndigital.comのデジタルコンテンツマーケットプレイスおよびiowndigital.netのベンダーポータルを運営しています。本プライバシーポリシーは、当社が収集する個人情報、その収集理由、利用・保護方法、ならびにお客様の権利について説明します。

iOwnDigital合同会社 ("iOwnDigital", "we", "us", or "our") operates the digital content marketplace at iowndigital.com and the vendor portal at iowndigital.net. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and your rights regarding that information.

ベンダーは追加情報（氏名、事業者名、Stripe Connect口座情報、銀行情報、権利宣言書）を提供します。

Vendors provide additional information including full name, business name, Stripe Connect account details, banking information, and rights declaration.

バイヤープロフィール、購入記録、ベンダープロフィール、ウォーターマークデータを含むすべての個人データは、AWS ap-northeast-1（東京、日本）に保管されます。

All personal data — including buyer profiles, purchase records, vendor profiles, and watermark data — is stored in AWS ap-northeast-1 (Tokyo, Japan).

5.1 Stripe（決済処理）

氏名、メールアドレス、支払い情報はStripe, Inc.（米国）に移転・処理されます。StripeはAPPI第24条の越境移転要件に準拠した適切なデータ保護措置を維持しています。

Personal data including name, email address, and payment information is transferred to and processed by Stripe, Inc. (USA). Stripe maintains adequate data protection measures consistent with APPI Article 24 cross-border transfer requirements.

5.2 Amazon Web Services

AWSは当社のインフラプロバイダーです。すべてのデータはap-northeast-1（東京）にとどまります。

AWS is our infrastructure provider. All data remains in ap-northeast-1 (Tokyo).

当社は必須クッキー（認証・セッション）、設定クッキー（言語・通貨）、分析クッキー（匿名集計）のみを使用します。広告クッキーおよびクロスサイトトラッキングは使用しません。

We use only essential cookies (authentication, session), preference cookies (language, currency), and analytics cookies (anonymous aggregation). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

APPIに基づき、お客様は以下の権利を有します：開示・訂正・削除・利用停止の請求権。行使するには support@iowndigital.com にご連絡ください。

Under APPI, you have the right to: access, correction, deletion, and suspension of use of your personal information. Contact support@iowndigital.com to exercise these rights.

EU/EEA在住の方は、GDPRに基づく追加の権利（アクセス、訂正、削除、処理制限、データポータビリティ、異議申立）が付与されます。処理の法的根拠は契約履行・法的義務・正当な利益です。

EU/EEA residents have additional GDPR rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and right to object. Legal bases for processing are contract performance, legal obligation, and legitimate interest.

カリフォルニア州居住者には、CCPA/CPRAに基づき、知る権利・削除権・オプトアウト権・差別禁止の権利が付与されます。

California residents have rights under CCPA/CPRA: right to know, delete, opt-out of sale, and non-discrimination. We do not sell personal information.

本プラットフォームは13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。13歳未満からの情報収集が判明した場合は速やかに削除します。

The Platform is not directed at children under 13. If we become aware of collecting such information, we will delete it promptly.

転送中のデータはTLS 1.2以上で暗号化。保存データはAES-256で暗号化。パスワードは業界標準アルゴリズムでハッシュ化。MFAはベンダーアカウントで必須、バイヤーアカウントで任意です。

Data in transit encrypted via TLS 1.2+. Data at rest encrypted via AES-256. Passwords hashed with industry-standard algorithms. MFA required for vendors, optional for buyers.

重要な変更はメールおよびプラットフォーム上の通知にてお知らせします。変更後もプラットフォームを継続使用した場合は改訂後のポリシーへの同意とみなします。

We will notify you of material changes by email and platform notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
